In the Periodical List Update box, make sure that Abbreviation 2 is gear up to Alternate Periodical (Alternate Title) before clicking OK.

Repeat Steps 2 - iii to update any additional Term Lists you have included in your EndNote Library (i.e.: Biochemical, Veterinary, etc.).
